The Eye Wash Station features a main body made of thickened copper, ensuring durability and reliability. The handles are designed with foamy water jets to prevent eye damage during emergency situations.
The dust cover is constructed from PP material, automatically washed away by water during use for convenience. The water flow lock switch allows for easy operation, with a check valve inside that closes automatically.
The water supply hose is approximately 1.5 meters long, covered with a stainless steel mesh and PE pipe to prevent rust and leakage. The water pressure ranges from a minimum of 4bar to a maximum of 6bar.
Single eye washers provide a water volume of more than 6 liters per minute, while double eye washes offer more than 10 liters per minute. The eyewash nozzle is made of thickened copper with an epoxy resin coating and soft rubber for gentle water flow.
