The eye wash station features a main body constructed of thickened copper for durability. The handles are designed to dispense foamy water jets, effectively preventing eye damage. The dust cover, made of PP material, is automatically washed away by water during use.
For added safety and convenience, the eye wash station is equipped with a water flow lock switch that easily locks the water flow to open. Inside, a check valve ensures automatic closure when not in use.
The water supply hose extends approximately 1.5 meters and is crafted with a soft PVC pipe covered in stainless steel mesh, wrapped with a PE pipe to prevent rust and leakage effectively. The minimum water pressure required is 4bar, with a maximum of 6bar.
Single eye washers provide a water volume of more than 6 liters per minute, while double eye washes offer more than 10 liters per minute. The eyewash nozzle is made of thickened copper with an epoxy resin coating and soft rubber for gentle water dispersion.
