The Eye Wash Station is designed with safety and convenience in mind. The main body is constructed of thickened copper for durability. Handles foamy water jets to prevent eye damage, ensuring a gentle yet effective cleaning process.
The dust cover, made of PP material, is automatically washed away by water during use. The water flow lock switch allows for easy control of water flow, while the check valve inside ensures automatic closure.
The water supply hose, approximately 1.5 meters long, is covered with a soft PVC pipe wrapped in stainless steel mesh and PE pipe, preventing rust and leakage. With a water pressure range of 4bar to 6bar, the Eye Wash Station delivers a water volume of over 6 liters per minute for single eye washers and over 10 liters per minute for double eye washes.
The eyewash nozzle, made of thickened copper with an epoxy resin coating and soft rubber, provides a gentle and effective water flow for relief.
