The Narwill Eye Wash Station is designed with safety and convenience in mind. The main body is constructed of thickened copper for durability. The handles feature foamy water jets to prevent eye damage during emergency use.
The dust cover, made of PP material, is automatically washed away by water flow for easy access. The water flow lock switch allows for quick and easy operation. Inside, a check valve ensures automatic closure when not in use.
The water supply hose, measuring approximately 1.5 meters, is constructed with a soft PVC pipe covered in stainless steel mesh and wrapped with PE pipe to prevent rust and leakage. The minimum water pressure required is 4bar, with a maximum of 6bar.
For single eye washers, the water volume exceeds 6 liters per minute, while double eye washes provide more than 10 liters per minute. The eyewash nozzle is made of thickened copper with an epoxy resin coating and soft rubber for gentle water flow.
